I was thrilled to book this corporate event with the wonderful Bernadette Chapman, at her annual planning workshop for wedding professionals. It was a brilliantly productive day for all the wedding industry movers and shakers that attended. I had such fun meeting them all and hearing more about their business plans for 2025. Amongst the schedule of activities led by experienced wedding planner and business coach Bernadette, I was given the opportunity to photograph each attendee in the lunch break as they had a micro headshot with me included in the ticket price.
So what is a micro headshot session with me? And how can hiring a photographer for these kind of events really boost the value you are bringing to your attendees?
A micro session with me is only about 5 minutes and despite such a small time frame I always manage to get a range of natural and professional poses with around 2-3 backdrops. From this 5 minutes I was able to give all these attendees a beautifully edited gallery with 15-20 shots!
Adding this to the layout of your event means your attendees have something so valuable to take away. Also these photos usually make it to the all their social media outlets, usually as a profile picture, on which they will be talking up the great time they had at the event which is great exposure for the event. What a way to keep your event in their minds for the future that reminding them the great day they had whenever they open their socials!
