When I’m old and retired and looking back on my career, I will LONG for one more sunny summers day at Houchins Farm Wedding Venue capturing all the love and joy and in such stunning yet relaxing surroundings. This day of Deanna and Matt’s was totally iconic of everything I’ll be looking back so fondly on.
What a day! Houchins was in its full glory, the people were wonderful sports throughout and the wedding aesthetic?! Well what do you expect when the Bride is an incredibly talented and creative sustainable flower farmer… Totally fabulous! Deanna decided on a really English country garden vibe with creams, blues and purples. I loved the nods to all their beloved animals everywhere and how they balanced farm rustic with a real dainty elegance. I’ve been a recommended wedding photographer at Houchins for 10 years now and this one goes down as a real favourite. Thank you so much for having me guy!

Now you get to plan your big day, you probably have lots of decisions to make including deciding the perfect wedding photographer. I’m based in Colchester, Essex and the majority of my wedding work happens all over Essex, Suffolk and London but I’ll travel to where ever you want. I love to hear about new and exciting destinations, nowhere is too far and nothing is too crazy!

I like to photograph a wedding as it happens, this is your day! So let’s make sure the focus is on you enjoying every single second and not dominate it with laborious posing sessions. I want to capture those natural, authentic moments that are truly special and individual to you and the people you love.
The best compliment I’ve ever had was from a bridesmaid who observed “I didn’t even know she was there but from the pictures I see she was everywhere!”
Before your big day we can meet, drink coffee, talk all things wedding-y and even go for a little engagement portrait session. Your big day is to be celebrated with your best loved ones, but as your photographer I’m often given a front row seat to these most precious of moments.
